Hey Fish is an interactive experience by Happy Tuna, a NYC-based sushi brand, that merges a customer rewards program with a playful, gamified system. Designed to encourage social interaction and engagement, this innovative experience enhances in-store dining while building customer loyalty.

As a design researcher during the project's early stages, I conducted extensive research into creative restaurant membership systems and provided valuable feedback on early prototypes. My role involved brainstorming unique ideas and exploring existing solutions to help shape an engaging and practical experience for customers.

After the launch, I managed operations, ensuring the system was well-maintained and addressing any issues by coordinating with the appropriate team members. This role was crucial in maintaining a smooth and enjoyable experience for both customers and staff.
